“ I needed a last minute catering for 100 people for my 35th birthday party, because the catering company I hired scammed me. A good friend of mine mentioned Stew’s Stix and it was the best food I’ve eaten here in Las Vegas. Chef Stew and his team were easy to work with. They got back to me in a timely manner and came on-site to cook for me and my guests. Not only is Stew’s Stix tasty, the presentation was like we were in a 5-star restaurant. What I love most is that everything is on a stick but it’s elegant. We had Lobster Lollipops, Shrimp Lollipops, Chicken Lollipops, Black bean Lollipops for my Vegan friends and my personal favorite Tomahawk Lollipops - Chef Stew even made a few Crab Cake Lollipops for me to try. All of these main dishes came with some AMAZING sides, Gouda Mac & Cheese, Mashed Potatoes, Green Beans, and sautéed Zucchini & Squash. For dessert they made a cheesecake with a berry relish that was to die for! I couldn’t even take a picture of it because it was gone as soon as I blew the candles out. I couldn’t be more thankful for the thoughtfulness and execution of the Stew’s Stix team. They truly saved the day and made my birthday super memorable.
